Vacheron Constantin Introduces Two New Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin Models

The Vacheron Constantin Overseas Ultra-Thin Perpetual Calendar in white gold with a burgundy dial and in rose gold on the wrists.

Vacheron Constantin has expanded its Overseas line with two striking new references of the Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin . Available in full 18k pink gold or 18k white gold with a deep burgundy dial, the pair showcases the maison’s mastery in blending refined watchmaking with sport-luxury design.

A Modern Classic With Historic Roots

The Overseas is the spiritual successor to the 222, a watch first introduced in 1977 and today part of the Historiques collection. Since its reintroduction in 2016, the modern Overseas has become a cornerstone in Vacheron Constantin’s portfolio, offered in variations ranging from simple time-only executions to high complications. Among them, the Ultra-Thin Perpetual Calendar remains one of the most technically impressive.

With a case diameter of 41.5mm and a thickness of just 8.1mm, the model maintains its reputation as one of the slimmest perpetual calendars available. While not as record-breaking as Bulgari’s Octo Finissimo or Audemars Piguet’s ultra-thin Royal Oak, it stands out for packing a full calendar and moon phase into a remarkably elegant profile.

Signature Overseas Design

True to the Overseas DNA, both new editions feature a barrel-shaped case with the signature Maltese cross-inspired bezel. Each comes on a fully integrated gold bracelet, noted for its polished and satin-brushed finishing as well as comfort on the wrist. The bracelet is fitted with a folding clasp equipped with micro-adjustment and the maison’s quick-change system, allowing a seamless switch to the additional rubber straps supplied with each watch (white and blue for the pink gold version, white and burgundy for the white gold).

The Calibre 1120 QP

Inside both models beats the Calibre 1120 QP, an ultra-thin automatic movement derived from a legendary JLC ébauche but today produced fully in-house by Vacheron Constantin. Measuring only 4.05mm in height, the movement integrates a perpetual calendar module that displays day, date, month, leap year and moon phase, all certified by the Hallmark of Geneva. Operating at 2.75Hz, it delivers a 40-hour power reserve.

The Two Editions

  • Pink Gold (Ref. 4300V/220R-H144): A fully monochromatic execution where the case, bracelet, dial, hands, markers, and even the moonphase disc are rendered in warm pink gold.

  • White Gold with Burgundy Dial (Ref. 4300V/220G-H151): A more contrasted look, pairing a white gold case and bracelet with a sunburst burgundy dial, tone-on-tone sub-dials, and white gold hands and markers.

Price & Availability

Both editions of the Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin join the permanent Vacheron Constantin collection and are priced at EUR 134,000 (including taxes).
